Bob's Eatery Blue Ridge: Gourmet Sandwiches & Delicious Milkshakes in Blue Ridge, GA

I recently visited this sandwich shop and was really impressed. The sandwiches were delicious and wished I lived locally to try more off the menu. The bread, sourced from a local shop, was fresh and full of flavor. I also loved hearing the heartwarming backstory of the store. It’s a nice touch that customers can share photos of their own dogs. The potato salad was great too. My nephew even said the cheese pizza was the best he’s ever had. Highly recommend!

Well we wanted to try something new this time in Blue Ridge. We saw a sign on the sidewalk for this little place. The sandwiches sounded yummy on the sign. We got inside and the little shop was super cute with dog photos. The disappoints things: they didn’t have any kind of kids menu especially for toddlers, didn’t have just cups of water, then the potato salad was bland, and lastly after reading about the great sandwiches you don’t even get to choice your own bread just the grain bread that is presented like you could make it at home. They should be presented like their milkshakes. Oh n we didn’t get our meals at the same time and didn’t get utensils in our bags. The patio was nice to sit at and had music that the kids got to dance to.

My husband went in here for their famous milkshakes and they did not disappoint. We got the special of the month for June, some kind of banana shake with turtle cheesecake on top. 100000/10. Soooo delicious. The staff was also sooo kind. Highly recommend if walking around downtown blue ridge.

Really good food. We got the turkey and provolone sandwich for our kids and the #3 was amazing. The shakes are huge. And very well done. Me and my two sons split the Oreo shake and it was plenty. Would definitely go back. Picture below is my wife’s coffee shake.

Had delicious a vegetarian sandwich here! The one place we went to in Blue Ridge that didn’t tell us they were out of stuff. Interesting combos that taste delicious! Wish it was on different bread tho… felt like I could do this at home which is a good and bad thing ;) Food came out quickly despite it being a super busy Saturday and we were even given a pup cup for free which was super sweet. Dog friendly patio. They do charge 0.50 cents per cup of water which is insane to me but overall great choice especially when every restaurant is wildly over packed.

My sandwich was very good, although I will say I think it was smaller than I thought it would be. After finishing I was still hungry, as were my other friends who also ordered sandwiches. It had a cute interior, but no indoor seating so we sat outdoors. The tables are a little too small so we were pretty crammed. Prices were fair, milkshakes are a bit on the expensive side. My friends ordered a milkshake and it looked pretty but I didn’t try one myself.

Great food, the guy that took our order was very nice and welcoming. Food was great, I just wish the bread were a little more toasted than expected, the bread was tough to bite into to. Overall good experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Bob’s Eatery in Blue Ridge! The #10 Bailey sandwich was a flavor-packed delight—tender chicken, melted pepper jack, crisp cucumbers, and fresh arugula, all brought together with smoky chipotle gourmaise, sweet mango habanero jam, and a drizzle of hot honey. The fresh bread from a local bakery added the perfect touch. The side of potato salad was equally impressive. Potato salad can be hit or miss, but this one was creamy, well-seasoned, and an absolute must-try.  The atmosphere was welcoming, with a fully-covered front deck and an open-air back patio offering ample outdoor seating, as well as cozy indoor deli-style seating. It’s a great spot to enjoy a meal, whether you’re dining in or taking out.  Friendly service and top-quality ingredients made for an exceptional meal. Highly recommend stopping by—I’ll definitely be back soon!
